Khione, Lord Poseidon's Lover

Khione is the Greek goddess of snow and winter who delighted in the powdery snow and glittering ice. One day, Poseidon, the Lord of the Seas, saw her and they became lovers. He drew her deep underwater and ravished her with his supernatural attention that drove her mad for hours in the deep dark sea. A son was born to their holy union.
